7 working days left and counting...
Haven't posted in a while, I guess I can blame that on work. So tired all the time, and its not like I do anything physically strenuous... just getting screamed at by customers. Seriously, who calls someone to scream at them when they've done nothing wrong. All I did was ask this one woman what location in Toronto she wanted... and she flipped out and just said she wanted a rate. BUT I tried explaining to her that rates depend on the locations and she challenged me to transfer her to my manager/supervisor so she could 'escalate' the issue. WTF...and then she told me that she trained people in call centre too and that if she had an employee like me, she'd fire me right away. SERIOUSLY...don't people have better things to do with their lives. I've met some of the rudest people out there working at a call centre...and its INBOUND...I shudder to think how it is to work outbound. I think I'd snap...not that I'm not on the verge of it right now.
JUST 7 MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... and I'm done :)

Wowzers! Steph! You're back and posting! I was surfing around mindlessly and decided to try clicking on all my links, and...VOILA! You had new posts up, WITH pictures and all!! How have you been?? The last time I saw you was...briefly in the gym up at Laurier when I was with Iola and peeps.

Yup, isn't that impressive? I thought I'd try posting again..but mostly just to show pictures cause I think that's more interesting.
To post w/ blog, you can either d/l some program (which i did and can't figure out how to use) or just when you're posting there's an icon you can click to add images :)
there's an icon that you can click to add images?? i signed up a geocities page so i could upload all my pictures there and hyperlink it... ~_~" its such a hassle! you gotta show me how to do it! btw, indirectly, your working as a telemarketer(yes thats not really true but it falls under that category) therefore, you have the worst job ever in the service industry... :S i would be surprised if you DIDNT get yelled at.. teheheheh :)
