done and DONE! It's finally over, another summer has ended and I'm free from work..back to student poverty ;) Met lots of great people while working there and learned alot about management styles, customer service skills and life in general. I know I griped alot, but I guess I still consider it a good experience.

Went to Mont Tremblant for the weekend with my aunt/uncle and cousins...will post some nice pictures later. :)

Haven't posted in a while, I guess I can blame that on work. So tired all the time, and its not like I do anything physically strenuous... just getting screamed at by customers. Seriously, who calls someone to scream at them when they've done nothing wrong. All I did was ask this one woman what location in Toronto she wanted... and she flipped out and just said she wanted a rate. BUT I tried explaining to her that rates depend on the locations and she challenged me to transfer her to my manager/supervisor so she could 'escalate' the issue. WTF...and then she told me that she trained people in call centre too and that if she had an employee like me, she'd fire me right away. SERIOUSLY...don't people have better things to do with their lives. I've met some of the rudest people out there working at a call centre...and its INBOUND...I shudder to think how it is to work outbound. I think I'd snap...not that I'm not on the verge of it right now.
JUST 7 MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... and I'm done :)
